Package Details: £42,000 – £44,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Excellent Company Benefits
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday) — Part Time 24 Hours Also Considered
Location: Falkirk & Surrounding Areas – Hybrid

Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team based in the Falkirk area of Central Scotland. This is a dynamic hybrid role supporting a single valued client, combining remote case management with face-to-face assessments and occasional travel to client sites across the Central Belt.

The Role:
Working alongside a dedicated team of Occupational Health Technicians, Physiotherapists, Administrators and Clinical Leads, you will deliver high-quality Occupational Health services and support positive health outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex case management via telephone and face-to-face consultations

  • Management referrals and evidence-based occupational health advice

  • New starter employment screening

  • Supporting the Clinical Lead in delivering OH services

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in line with professional and legislative standards

  • Producing clear and actionable management reports

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse — valid NMC PIN with no restrictions

  • Occupational Health qualification (Degree or Diploma) desirable — candidates working towards qualification also considered

  • Minimum 12 months UK-based Occupational Health experience

  • Strong knowledge of OH practice and fitness for work assessments

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle — Essential

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Package:

  • £42,000 – £44,000 per annum depending on experience
