Occupational Health Advisor – Cardiff | Permanent | Full Time

Package Details: Up to £48,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Cardiff – Site Based with Remote Working

Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing clinical team based in the Cardiff area. This is a varied and autonomous role, working on site at client locations in Cardiff approximately 2–3 days per week with the balance worked remotely. You will never work in isolation — you will be fully supported by an in-house GP, Clinical Team Leader and Occupational Health Technicians available via group chat or video for real-time clinical support.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering the full Occupational Health remit across a client site in Cardiff including:

  • Case management assessments and sickness absence management

  • Health surveillance — spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, skin assessments

  • Vaccinations and phlebotomy in line with Green Book guidance

  • Drug and alcohol screening

  • DSE and workplace health assessments

  • Wellbeing clinics and health promotion

  • Medical stock management including safe storage, rotation and disposal of vaccines and drugs

  • Implementing and reviewing clinical policies and procedures

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in line with GDPR and ISO 27001

  • Contributing to client and clinic KPIs and performance goals

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse — valid NMC PIN with no restrictions

  • Occupational Health qualification — Essential

  • Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience

  • Clinical skills: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy and vaccination administration

  • Full clean UK driving licence — Essential

  • Confident working autonomously and travelling to client sites

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Package:
