Occupational Health Advisor- Remote

Remote Occupational Health Auditor
Salary: £43,500 – £46,000 | Remote | Permanent

OH Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing occupational health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Auditor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a unique and varied clinical role, acting as the quality controller for the organisation’s occupational health service. You will initially focus on reviewing health surveillance assessments conducted by the OH Technician team — assessing the quality of outcomes, provisions and recall dates to ensure clinical standards are consistently met.

Once fully embedded in the role (after a minimum of 6 months), you will take on wider responsibility for supporting the annual SEQOHS accreditation process and leading thorough clinical audits across the business, providing clear and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review health surveillance assessments carried out by Occupational Health Technicians, including outcomes, clinical provisions and recall scheduling

  • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive, evidence-based feedback

  • Support the annual SEQOHS accreditation process once fully competent in the role

  • Conduct thorough clinical audits and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations

  • Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and operational team to raise and maintain standards

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin

  • Occupational Health qualification — Certificate, Diploma or Degree level

  • Previous experience in occupational health practice

  • Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgement

  • Confident working autonomously in a remote environment

  • Excellent written communication skills — ability to produce clear audit reports and clinical feedback

What’s on offer:

  • £43,500 – £46,000 dependent on experience

  • Fully remote working

  • The opportunity to shape and influence clinical quality across a growing OH business

  • A start date as soon as possible

If you are an experienced OH professional looking for a clinically focused, autonomous role where you can make a real impact on service quality, we would love to hear from you.
