Occupational Health Technician- Warrington

Package Details: £26,000 – £30,000 Per Annum
Contracted Hours: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Warrington

Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Technician based in the Warrington area.

The Role:
You will deliver a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services including:

  • Health surveillance — audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments and HAVS

  • Fitness for work screening — driver medicals, working at height and other safety-critical assessments

  • Drug and alcohol testing

  • Venepuncture

  • Health promotion and wellbeing activities

  • Accurate clinical record keeping and audit-ready documentation

  • Driving mobile screening units to client sites

  • Supporting nationwide projects and client assignments

Requirements:

  • Previous Occupational Health experience — health surveillance or fitness for work essential

  • Full UK driving licence — Essential

  • Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight — Essential

  • Strong communication skills and IT proficiency

  • Competent in audiometry, spirometry and basic OH assessments

  • Ability to work autonomously and make clinical recommendations independently

Desirable:

  • Venepuncture certification

  • Drug and alcohol testing training

  • Relevant OH qualifications or NVQ/SVQ equivalents

Package:

  • £26,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience

  • Overtime available

  • Field-based with clear routes for professional development and progression
