The Opportunity
OH Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Remote Occupational Health Physician to support a leading Occupational Health provider delivering remote management referral assessments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Physician looking for a flexible contract role, working remotely and providing expert clinical advice on complex workplace health matters.
The successful candidate will support a varied Occupational Health caseload, providing high-quality evidence-based assessments and recommendations to support employees and organisations.
The Role
As a Remote Occupational Health Physician, you will:
Undertake remote Occupational Health management referral assessments.
Provide expert clinical advice regarding fitness for work, rehabilitation and workplace adjustments.
Manage a varied caseload, including complex health conditions and long-term absence cases.
Produce clear, concise and clinically robust Occupational Health reports.
Provide evidence-based recommendations to support employees and managers.
Work collaboratively with Occupational Health teams and client stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
GMC Registration with a licence to practise.
Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Physician.
Strong experience undertaking Occupational Health management referrals.
Ability to assess complex cases and provide clear clinical recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a remote environment.
Must operate through your own Limited Company.
Working Pattern
Remote working opportunity.
2–3 days per week available.
Flexible scheduling available.
