Occupational Health Advisor / Trainee Occupational Health Advisor- Swindon

Package: £48,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent | Full Time

Location: Swindon

The Opportunity

OH Talent Solutions are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor / Trainee Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health provider supporting a major client site in Swindon.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Occupational Health Advisors, Trainee Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Health Practice Nurses and experienced Occupational Health Technicians looking to progress their career within Occupational Health.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive Occupational Health team, delivering high-quality clinical services while continuing to develop your Occupational Health career.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of Occupational Health services, including:

  • Management referrals and case management

  • Fitness for work assessments

  • Health surveillance

  • Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

  • Pre-placement assessments

  • Providing Occupational Health advice to managers and employees

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records

  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team

Candidate Requirements

To be considered you should have:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (for OHA/OHPN applicants)

  • Occupational Health experience desirable

  • Trainee Occupational Health Advisors encouraged to apply

  • Occupational Health Practice Nurses encouraged to apply

  • Experienced Occupational Health Technicians looking to progress will also be considered

  • Excellent communication and report writing skills

  • Good IT skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence
