Package: Up to £49,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits

Contract: Permanent | Full Time or 4 Days Per Week

Location: Clinic Based with Travel to Local Client Sites

The Opportunity

OH Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established Occupational Health provider delivering services across local client sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor looking for a varied role, combining clinic-based work with travel to local client locations. You will become part of a supportive clinical team, delivering a full range of Occupational Health services while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Occupational Health service, including:

  • Management referrals and case management

  • Fitness for work assessments

  • Health surveillance

  • Pre-placement questionnaires and medicals

  • Safety-critical medicals

  • Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

  • Providing Occupational Health advice to managers and employees

  • Producing clear, evidence-based management reports

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC and clinical governance standards

  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN

  • Occupational Health Degree or Diploma

  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor

  • Experience undertaking management referrals and case management

  • Health surveillance experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong IT skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence
