Package: From £45,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits

Contract: Permanent | Full Time or Part Time

Location: Aberdeen (Clinic Based with Local Travel)

The Opportunity

OH Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established Occupational Health provider based in Aberdeen.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive Occupational Health team delivering a wide range of clinical services from a modern clinic, with occasional travel to local client sites. The role offers a varied caseload, professional autonomy and ongoing career development.

The Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Occupational Health service, including:

  • Management referrals and case management (face-to-face and remote)

  • Fitness for work assessments

  • Health surveillance

  • Safety-critical medicals

  • Pre-placement medicals

  • Drug and alcohol testing

  • Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

  • Providing Occupational Health advice to managers, HR and employees

  • Producing clear, evidence-based management reports

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC and clinical governance standards

  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team

  • Occasional travel to local client sites to deliver Occupational Health services

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN

  • Minimum of two years’ Occupational Health experience

  • Experience undertaking management referrals and case management

  • Strong report writing and communication skills

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Occupational Health Qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree)

  • SCPHN (Occupational Health)

  • Experience undertaking health surveillance

  • Experience in travel health, vaccinations or drug & alcohol testing
