OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit for two exciting remote Occupational Health positions. Both roles are available immediately and offer the opportunity to join a forward-thinking and growing Occupational Health team from the comfort of your own home.

Role 1 — Remote Occupational Health Auditor

This is a specialist and unique role for an experienced OHA looking to move away from case management and into clinical quality and governance. You will act as the clinical quality controller for the occupational health service, initially reviewing assessments, outcomes and recall dates for health surveillance assessments conducted by the Occupational Health Technician team.

After a minimum of 6 months in post you will take on responsibility for supporting the annual SEQOHS accreditation process, conducting thorough clinical audits and providing actionable recommendations to enhance standards across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing health surveillance assessments, outcomes and recall dates

  • Quality controlling clinical outputs across the OHT team

  • Supporting and coordinating the annual SEQOHS accreditation

  • Conducting clinical audits and providing recommendations for improvement

  • Driving continuous improvement of clinical standards

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse — valid NMC PIN with no restrictions

  • Full OH qualification — Certificate, Diploma or Degree

  • Strong knowledge of health surveillance and clinical governance standards

  • SEQOHS experience desirable

  • Able to work remotely and independently

Role 2 — Remote Occupational Health Advisor

This is a part time remote OHA role for a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a flexible 3 day per week position. You will deliver a focused OH case management and wellbeing service from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management referrals — maximum 5 cases per day

  • New starter clearances

  • Employee wellbeing support

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse — valid NMC PIN with no restrictions

  • Full OH qualification — Certificate, Diploma or Degree

  • Able to work independently and autonomously

  • Strong communication and report writing skills
