Occupational Health Technician – Leicester / Rugby | Part Time

Contracted Hours: Permanent, 3 Days Per Week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Leicester or Rugby – Peripatetic (Client Sites across Nuneaton, Loughborough, Rugby and Northampton)
Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Technician or Occupational Health Practice Nurse based in the Leicester or Rugby area. This is a peripatetic role covering client sites across Nuneaton, Loughborough, Rugby and Northampton, delivering health surveillance and wellbeing services on a 3 day per week basis.
The Role:
You will travel within an agreed area to deliver the following services at client sites and clinic:
Health surveillance — spirometry, audiometry, skin assessments, HAVS, forklift truck medicals and phlebotomy
Pre-employment and health screening
Health promotion and wellbeing activities
Requirements:
Phlebotomy skills — Essential (3 clients in the area require blood taking)
Previous OHT experience — ideal
Occupational Health Practice Nurse also considered
Able to work independently and autonomously
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle — Essential
Proactive, motivated and eager to develop
